The project in Willich near Düsseldorf includes the new construction of a multi- storey residential building with 20 residential units and 29 parking spaces in an underground car park. The plan is to sell the project in partial ownership to private individuals or investors.

The new construction of a residential/commercial building with underground parking is planned in an attractive inner-city location. The new building provides for at least 16 units. The sale to a Swiss company has taken place and the project will be handed over with a building permit.

Better Energy Energo I
Better Energy was founded with the purpose of accelerating the transition to renewable energy sources with better solutions and mass quantities of affordable clean energy.
Better Energy designs, develops, engineers, finances, builds and operates own renewable power plants that generate clean electricity. This green power is delivered to local and national electricity grids. Individual businesses can purchase clean power directly from Better Energy through power purchase agreements (PPAs).
The solar park Better Energy Energo I has been constructed by Better Energy in 2018. It is co-financed by IFU and NEFCO. Smart Estate Life holds a stake of 10 percent. The year of payback is between 2026 and 2028 and the payback amount is 1.300.000 €.

Tesla Energo develops, constructs and operated solar parks.
